Carrots are well known vegetable all over the world, which i very rich in its vitamin ‘A’. The Orange Carrots are found in Netherlands in the 17th century, previously the carrots are in various colours like purple, yellow, white & red. These carrots are know for their leaves & greens which where taken in by the ancient people who liven in 8-10 centuries

The Vitamin ‘A’ of Carrot gives the good health whereas it is also used to increase the sex happiness among the couple, Which increases the stamina of the pennis, extend the ejaculation of sperms from the testries of men. Hence it is also used as sex medicine, for longer sex relation with the partners respectively.

The massive in-take of carrots will lead to the diesease called hypercarotenemia, which is a conditon of change of colour in the skin to orange ( though it is an supreme effect of overdose of the Vitamin A). But the carrot also act as a supreme medicinal food for the eyesight drawbacks.

Spincah is a popular folklore, which contains &  popular for its Iron Strength which contains the Vitamin C as its main nutrition. A 60 grams of spinach contains 1.90 mg of Iron, may be more if it taken raw. The other green vegetables contains less than 1 mg of Iron.

Spinach still has a very large value of Vitamins, like vitamin ‘C’, vitamin ‘E’, vitamin ‘K’, Magnesium, antioxidants, recently opioid peptides and rubiscolins also found in Spinach.

MOringa Leaves, When you spell this word “Moring” you cannot this one in English or any other language except the ancient and proudest Language called “Tamil”(Thamizh). the Actual name of this green leaves is said to be “Murungai” (Spell : ” ‘Mu‘ ‘ru‘ ‘n‘ ‘gai‘ ” ).

This Green leave is actually adopted from Indian County, from its state called Tamil Nadu. Where this trees are grown all the houses without fail (in rural areas). This also could be said as a herbal medicine for increasing breast milk, malnutrition to child, increasing weight, Iron energy, etc.,

Very supreme and special nutrition content in this one is the Sexual inducing Power. since it has high iron power the sex organs are induced richly and increases the relation promptly. This green could cure 300 more dieseases. The “naatu Vaithiyam” which means Country medicine (Home based medicine) treated by the ancesters and the villagers even right now.

Veg Spaghatti….

Yeah, am back with another receipe , which i have had tried it 2 days back… Hence i would like to share my joys with you all “WordPress.com”

Veg. Spagetti !!!

Ingredients:

One Packet of “Whole Wheat Spaghetti” (after cooking it will looks to be more & your wish to use it upto how much)

One Cup of Chopped Green bell pepper

One Cup of Chopped yellow bell pepper

One Cup of Chopped Red bell pepper

One Cup of Parsely Leaves (Should washed properly.(it seems to be like coriander – high herbal value))

One Cup of Carrots

One Cup of Beans

One Cup of Onions, should be cut into pieces..

Ginger & Garlic, ( accord of your own taste )

One table spoon of Red Chilly Powder

One table spoon of Corriander powder

One table spoon of Jeera Powder

Add limited salt

Add Olive oil for saute the vegetables.

 

( I have shown you the pictures of tomatoes, but do not add it, it will make the ingredients stickier…………)

PARSLEY LEAVES:

METHOD:

In a pan boil the spaghetti . Add salt while boiling. Drain the excess water . Keep aside. Saute the vergetables properly then add the powders. When the veetables are nicely cooked add the boiled spaghetti and mix well. Add salt to taste. Garnish with Parsley leaves.

Pretty quick to make and tastes good too. I asl tried this. I made chappatis and added some butter to it and then this veg spaghetti and had the chappati rolled. It was even more tastier!!! Ummm!! Yumm!!!

Rossogolla The delicious North Indian Receipe !!

Ingredients:
1 litre milk
1/2 tsp. citric acid
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 cups water
2-3 drops rose essence
Method:
Heat the milk and bring to boil.
Cool the milk for a couple of hours. Remove the cream layer.
Reheat the milk and bring to a boil.
Add the citric acid dissolved in some water.
Stir slowly till the milk is fully curdled.
Keep as it is for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile heat the sugar and water in a wide sauce pan. Bring to a boil.
Strain the milk through a muslin cloth. Wash the chenna in the cloth under cold running water.

Press out the excess water and remove in a wide plate.
Gently knead into a soft dough by passing between fingers.
Make twelve equal sized balls of the dough.
Let them into the boiling water. Cover with a perforated lid. Boil for 13 to 15 minutes.
Take off from heat and cool them to room temperature.
Add essence and chill for at least 4 to 5 hours.
Serves: 6 helpings
Time required: 1/2 hour.
