Veg. Spagetti !!!
One Packet of “Whole Wheat Spaghetti” (after cooking it will looks to be more & your wish to use it upto how much)
One Cup of Chopped Green bell pepper
One Cup of Chopped yellow bell pepper
One Cup of Chopped Red bell pepper
One Cup of Parsely Leaves (Should washed properly.(it seems to be like coriander – high herbal value))
One Cup of Carrots
One Cup of Beans
One Cup of Onions, should be cut into pieces..
Ginger & Garlic, ( accord of your own taste )
One table spoon of Red Chilly Powder
One table spoon of Corriander powder
One table spoon of Jeera Powder
Add limited salt
Add Olive oil for saute the vegetables.
( I have shown you the pictures of tomatoes, but do not add it, it will make the ingredients stickier…………)
In a pan boil the spaghetti . Add salt while boiling. Drain the excess water . Keep aside. Saute the vergetables properly then add the powders. When the veetables are nicely cooked add the boiled spaghetti and mix well. Add salt to taste. Garnish with Parsley leaves.
Pretty quick to make and tastes good too. I asl tried this. I made chappatis and added some butter to it and then this veg spaghetti and had the chappati rolled. It was even more tastier!!! Ummm!! Yumm!!!
